Claipot is built on a simple promise: your data is yours. This policy explains what we collect, why and the control you have over it.
We collect account information you provide (name, email), content you create within the platform and standard usage data that helps us improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not display third-party advertising trackers inside the authenticated product.
Your data is used to operate the platform, provide support, secure your account and improve Claipot. Content stored in your Vault is used to power features you have enabled and nothing else.
You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from account settings. You may request a full copy of everything we hold by contacting us.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis and logged. See our Security page for details.
